Hi! I'm excited to teach 8th Grade ELA at Impact this year. Here's a little about me:

I use they/them/theirs pronouns.

 

I graduated from Hampshire College in Spring 2020. I majored in Labor History and wrote my thesis about representations of working-class families in children's storybooks. 

​

In my class, students should expect big conversations connecting our books to our lives, activism, and changing systems around us. There will be plenty of opportunities to have these conversations creatively and collaboratively.
